Pickup / Delivery

If you come in to the store in the week leading up to your party you can choose your costume and take it with you.

If you booked your costume in advance, the costume will be packed and ready for you to collect two days before your party. If the costume is not collected for your party the full hiring fee will apply.

Don't live nearby? We can send the costume to you for hire (postage is $10.95 one way) You are responsible for the return postage! We know you need your costume/accessories for a certain date and are committed to speedy delivery of all orders. We express post costumes each day (delivery time varies between 1-3 business days, depending on where the parcel is going).

We are able to offer a 4hr courier delivery service for Sydney customers only. Please call 9487 3333 to inquire about this service.

Returning Costumes

Costumes are hired for a period of 3-7 days. If you are unable to return them in this time period, please talk to us about other arrangements.

Costumes may be returned to the store in person, or posted back. If costumes are posted back they must be sent via Australia Post Express post, and tracking code information must be kept for a minimum of one week after the costume has been posted.

Costumes not returned on time (by Tuesday for weekend hire) will incur a late fee for each costume. A $10 late fee is incurred for each day the costume is not returned and a $20 per day fee is incurred after the 2nd weekend until the full costume is returned.
